We are a team of dedicated professionals working together to support those in the community with mental health difficulties. We therefore acknowledge the importance of our staff to us and our services users. The contribution made by employees and volunteers plays an essential part in Mind in Birmingham's continued success.

Working with people experiencing, or recovering from, mental health difficulties, demands staff and volunteers who are caring, supportive, adaptable and prepared to embrace a variety of challenges.

We employ some 160 paid staff who are supported by the work of volunteers. Many of our employees have been with the Association for a number of years and it is their dedication to Mind in Birmingham, and commitment to its Service Users, that has built the organisation's highly respected reputation.
